We tend to make leadership complicated, but it shouldn’t be. It is really about building relationships with people.

I love your delivery technique using your “fur” babies — so appropriate how much we can truly learn where our “4 legged babies” are involved if we take the time and effort to watch and engage with them — the same is so true with people.
